We don't believe in
set and forget.
We're a Liverpool-based AI automation consultancy. We build The Operator's AI — autonomous systems that integrate into the tools you already use and go live in 7 days. We don't produce strategy decks. We deploy production systems, and we stay involved until the results are measurable.
We started with a single conviction: AI that requires new software has already failed. The best automation is invisible — it runs inside the tools your team already uses, handles the work they shouldn't have to do, and gets better every week. That conviction became The Invisible Concierge. It's now the foundation of everything we build.
Every automation we deploy is hand-calibrated by a human Implementation Architect, stress-tested in live conditions through our proprietary Ghost Mode process, and continuously optimised. We don't believe in "set and forget." We believe in systems that learn, adapt, and improve — with human oversight at every stage.
Our Principles
Transparency as Trust
We show you exactly how our AI works, who built it, and what the data says.
Human-in-the-Loop
Every system is calibrated and monitored by human engineers. No unsupervised deployment.
Results, Not Dashboards
If your team has to learn new software, we haven't done our job.
Continuous Optimisation
We monitor, report, and improve. Your automation gets better every week.
Brothers. Liverpool.
Built from the floor up.
We're Kane and George Fuller — brothers, born and raised in Liverpool. We came up through the same starting point: hospitality management. Years running operations at the sharp end — where service breaks, where the automation doesn't fit, where real people have to absorb the gap — taught us what good systems actually feel like. We both went on to upper-management roles in our respective industries. That operational grounding sits behind every system we build today. We call what we make The Operator's AI — built by the people who've been on the floor, for the people still on it.

Co-founder · Property Management & Sales
My career split between property management and sales — years running portfolios and chasing numbers at the sharp end. I saw the same pattern in both worlds: teams buried in admin, CRMs nobody opens, and customer moments quietly dropped because no one had time. AFLAI is the automation I wished existed for the teams I used to run. — Kane

I came up through hospitality and operations — years on the side of the business where systems either work for the people using them every day, or they don't. That lens shapes every build we ship at AFLAI: if a tired manager can't trust it at 10pm, we didn't design it properly. — George
Two paths, one conviction: every automation we deploy is one a hospitality manager — at the end of a double shift — could trust without reading a manual.
