What is the difference between Managed and Owned?
Managed has no build fee: we build, host and run your website for £69.99/month on a 12-month term. We keep ownership. Owned costs £689 one-off, is set up on your own account and is yours from day one.
Can I add management to an owned website?
Yes. Ongoing management is optional at £49.99/month. Or manage the website yourself and pay your own hosting and any third-party costs. Optional management is rolling and can be cancelled.
What does ongoing management cover?
Running and monitoring the AI, ongoing edits and improvements, and help keeping the website working. Managed websites also include hosting and Google Business Profile management. Owned builds use your own hosting account; confirm the scope of optional management with us.
Are online stores included in these prices?
Online stores are priced separately, from £989 to build plus £99/month. Larger catalogues are quoted after a short call.
