How we handle your personal data — in plain English.

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what personal data afullerlifeai collects when you contact us through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. We've written it to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are

afullerlifeai is a trading name of A Fuller Life AI Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17164138), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We operate from Liverpool, United Kingdom. A Fuller Life AI Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, email us at [email protected].

What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us through the forms on this site. Specifically:

  • Strategy call / contact form:your name, email address, your business or industry, and the areas of automation you're interested in.
  • Content brief form: your name, email address, your business details, and the voice, audience, and brand information you share so we can produce content for you.

We collect this data directly from you when you complete and submit one of the forms on this website. We do not buy personal data or collect it from third parties.

Why we use it — our lawful basis

Our lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interest: we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need, and follow up about the services you've asked about. We don't use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

To respond to you and run our business, we use a small number of trusted service providers (processors) who handle your data on our behalf:

  • Airtable — stores your enquiry in our CRM.
  • Make (Integromat) — moves your enquiry between our systems automatically.
  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and serves it through its CDN.
  • Google — handles our email and calendar, so we can reply to you and arrange calls.

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or a UK adequacy decision — so your data stays protected to UK standards. We don't sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry and carry out reasonable follow-up. After that, it is deleted or anonymised. If you become a client, we retain what we need to deliver and account for the work, and no longer.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
  • have your data erased (erasure);
  • restrict how we process it;
  • object to our processing;
  • data portability — receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we'll handle your request promptly.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site keeps things minimal. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are privacy-friendly and cookieless — they don't identify you personally — and we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Please check back occasionally so you're aware of any changes.
